Redeemer Presbyterian Church is one of those spaces that feels grand without ever being overwhelming. The cathedral ceilings, expansive wooden pews, and the massive stained glass windows make it a stunning backdrop for any wedding. This couple chose it not just for its beauty, but because it’s their church, which made the day feel so personal and meaningful. They wanted all of their formal photos in the sanctuary, and the light streaming through the stained glass highlighted every moment perfectly.
After the ceremony, we moved to The Rathskeller for the reception. This historic spot is tucked right in downtown Indianapolis and has a really unique charm with its wood beams, brick walls, and old-world character. The food was spectacular and the space felt lively without needing a full dance floor. This couple preferred to spend the evening socializing with friends and family, so most of the reception had a relaxed cocktail hour feel. I got a few minutes of dancing in before I left, but the real joy was seeing everyone connecting and celebrating in such a warm, welcoming space.
